Hill Elimination v1.0
Author: W'rkncacnter

Hill Elimination is a round based gametype. The round ends when one person or
team is left alive. When that happens, that person/team gets a point and a new
round begins. Everyone gets one life per round.

If you die, you can watch the action through a camera following a player that
is alive. You can turn this on and off by hitting action while waiting. When
the round ends, you will automatically respawn.

Hill elimination differs from regular elimination because there is a timer that
activates when there are 3 or fewer players left in the round. When the timer
is active, you must touch the hill before it reaches 0 to reset the timer. If
the timer reaches 0, you will die. This is to make sure that rounds don't drag
on forever. It will force people to get out in the open near the end of a
round (when there are only a few people left). The timer shows up in the Lua
HUD and turns red when you are about out of time.

This script must be used with the netscript gametype on a map with a hill.

Changes in v1.1:
* Use view_player instead of cameras.
